Having worked as a senior leader in the tech sector myself, I am adept at working with leaders who are operating in complex organisational systems with high levels of uncertainty.

My work combines the strategic precision of years leading high-visibility functions in one of the most successful companies in the world, with the psychological depth stemming from my studies in psychotherapy and neuroscience.

  • I work with leaders in corporate, business owners, sales teams and other coaches.

    Because of my background at Google, I frequently work with leaders from the tech industry, or other large corporations.

    I also work often with founders of start-ups through to the scale-up phase, as they figure out the challenges of leading a business that’s growing rapidly.

    I work with coaches and therapists who prioritise deep & ethical work - and want to make enough money while leading a joyful life.

  • The best way is just to have a free and no-obligation chat. You can tell me more about why you’re considering coaching, and I can tell you how I work. If it’s not a fit, I can always refer you to someone else who is brilliant.

  • I coach using Google Meet (or another VC platform if you prefer). I give you a link so you have open access to my calendar and can book sessions to suit you. We’ll agree on the best cadence when we meet for the first time, and review as we go.

    My usual recommendation when we start is that we do at least monthly to build momentum, but it can often be more frequent than that.

    My clients often email me in between to share context or updates, and that’s fine. We work together - I am here for you.

  • I’m passionate about making my coaching as accessible as it can be to people who need it most.

    For this reason, I operate a sliding scale of pricing. It costs more if you’re corporate-funded, less if you’re self funded, and still less if you’re unemployed.

    I am open to doing pro bono coaching for non-profits which align with my values and strengths.
