How I Supervise

Coaching can be a lonely business. We hold space for others when they are often at their most vulnerable. But who holds that space for us?

I am a warm and creative supervisor, here for you AND in service of your clients. With me, you can reflect on anything that impacts you in your practice.

  • Thoughts, feelings

  • Ideas, hopes

  • Worries, ‘stuckness’

  • Business challenges

  • Your practice and client work.

I work relationally and at psychological depth. I believe deeply in the transformative power of reflection.

“I found Sarah to be open and warm in her approach, creating a safe space for me to reflect on my coaching practice. We covered many topics including client casework and self reflection and I felt completely supported throughout the process. Her ability to gently challenge my thinking was masterful and seamless. I would definitely recommend Sarah for Professional Supervision.”

FAQs

Why would I invest in supervision?

1

Supervision is required if you’re an EMCC coach, and in my view should be required for every coaching accreditation. It helps you tackle difficult ethical dilemmas responsibly. But it’s more than just a checkbox for accreditation. It’s supportive, challenging, regenerative, and for me instrumental in how I’ve shaped and grown my business (and myself). Let’s chat to see what it could be for you.

How often should I have supervision?

2

If you’re an EMCC practitioner, you must attend at least one supervision session a quarter. In practice, you may want more. Some coaches choose monthly, some weekly. We can figure out what works for you.

What do you charge?

3

I charge 250 GBP for a 60 minute session. You can pay for one session at a time and schedule flexibly, based on what’s most convenient for you.

You might be drawn to me if…

You love working with warm, compassionate women who hold space generously and with unconditional love.

You think of yourself as a creative soul and are drawn to creative expression, whether it’s music, art, theatre or fashion! Whatever that looks like for you. I love using arts-based experimentation to inspire reflection and welcome supervisees who are open to that.

You want to grow your business. I have a massive range of business resources for coaches wanting to see better growth in their business which I am happy to share, if it’s occasionally useful for me to wear a ‘mentor’ vs a ‘supervisor’ hat.
