Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions, please take a moment to review them before booking.

  • By paying for a programme, you are agreeing to engage Sarah Tate Coaching to provide you with learning or coaching services. This agreement will be valid for 12 months from the point of payment. You are responsible for booking in your own sessions during this time period.

  • Sarah Tate Coaching agrees not to disclose, divulge, reveal report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which it has obtained except when authorised by the client or required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the Term and will survive indefinitely upon termination of the agreement.

  • All intellectual property associated with Sarah Tate Coaching services is exclusively the property of Sarah Tate (except when credited as the property of the original creator).

  • For 1:1 coaching sessions, Sarah Tate Coaching operates a three working day cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than three days notice, you will pay for the session.

    In the unlikely event that Sarah Tate Coaching cancels a session with less than two days notice, you will be offered your choice of alternative timings.

    For 1:1 coaching, you can decide not to use the rest of your coaching package at any time if you feel it is not a good investment and receive a refund for all unused sessions (subject to three days notice).

    For group coaching programmes, if you wish to cancel your place on a programme before the programme start date, you can do so with a full refund, up to seven days before. If the client wishes to leave the programme once it has started, you can do so with a full refund, after the first session/ before the start of the second session.

  • Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever which result out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party. This indemnification will survive the completion of this agreement.

  • Sarah Tate is a member of the EMCC and has committed to the EMCC’s global code of ethics, which is available on their website. Any client of Sarah Tate is able to submit a complaint about Sarah Tate or Sarah Tate Coaching, via the complaints procedure on the EMCC website.
